SOLAR RAPTOR® ClampLamp
The SOLAR RAPTOR® ClampLamp is an operating unit for terrarium spotlights with an E27 base.
The lampshade conceals unsightly spotlights and enhances the look of terrariums with its sleek black design. The light is focused and can be directed specifically to where it is needed. The view into the terrarium is also much more pleasant, as the observer is significantly less dazzled by the bright spotlights.
The heat-resistant ceramic socket can cope with even the hottest spotlight and ensures sufficient safety, while the integrated ventilation slots in the shade prevent the spotlight from becoming defective due to heat build-up.
The safety of the animals has also been considered – an attachable protective grille prevents direct contact with the heater. Nevertheless, terrarium heaters should of course always be placed out of the reach of animals.
The ClampLamp can be mounted in all commercially available terrariums. It can also be mounted in Zoo Med, Exo Terra® and Lucky Reptile terrariums. For these terrariums, a special angle adapter is included with the clamp lamp, with which the lamp is simply attached to the frame of the terrarium.
In all-glass or wooden terrariums, it can be screwed onto the ventilation grille or directly onto the wood. The simplest mounting option is to clamp it on using the wide metal clamp. It can be clamped on the short or long side to any accessible material. The rubber-coated inside of the clamp ensures a firm hold without any clamping marks.
The extendable double joint allows the lamp to be moved and rotated in all directions (360°), holding it in any desired position.
All SOLAR RAPTOR® ECGs (ballasts) can be easily combined with the ClampLamp using the connecting plugs.
