LED lighting systems have become an essential part of aquarium care. They are increasingly being used in terrariums as well. When purchasing a new aquarium, they are often already included, but it is also easy to retrofit existing aquariums with LED lighting.
With the SunStrip holders, SOLAR STINGER® and SOLAR RAPTOR® offer a wide range of options for mounting the SunStrip LED bars on the aquarium or terrarium. Regardless of whether the aquarium/terrarium is open or closed at the top, anything is possible, from mounting on the aquarium glass or suspending from the ceiling, to simply setting down or screwing on, to mounting in existing T5 or T8 fluorescent tube sockets. SunStrips can even be connected at the ends with the ConnectorPlate and in parallel with the ExtenderPlate.
The holders are attached to the SunStrips using a special rail profile located on the top of the strips. The holders are inserted there and secured with a screw.
