A heat spot with healthy UV-A light in the terrarium, perfect for warm resting areas.
This terrarium halogen lamp provides pleasant heat radiation while delivering optimal lighting, allowing reptiles to feel as if they were in their natural habitat.
With an excellent color rendering index (CRI) of Ra > 99, it ensures a true-to-life reproduction of the terrarium animals’ colors. With this remarkably high CRI, the reptiles “bloom” into their full spectrum of vibrant colors!
Additionally, the lamp provides vital UV-A support, creating bright and warm basking spots that are highly attractive to the animals.
This significantly enhances the animals’ natural perception, appetite, and breeding readiness through sufficient UV exposure.
No ballast is required for this lamp, but it must be used in a heat-resistant E27 porcelain/ceramic socket. The SOLAR RAPTOR® Reptile ClampLamp is ideal for this purpose—it can be quickly and easily connected without tools and comes with an additional protective grid.

- Please ensure you research the required UV levels for the specific animal before using the lamp, while also maintaining the appropriate minimum distance from the animal.
- Never mount this lamp near flammable objects.
- Make sure the lamp has adequate air circulation and is never covered by an object.
- In the event of abnormalities in operation the lamp must be removed immediately.
- In order to ensure permanently effective UV lighting, we recommend that you do not use the light source for longer than 12 months with continuous operation of 12 hours a day, as the UV values will drop as a result of wear and tear.
