Each unit has left the factory in a safe condition. To maintain this condition and to ensure safe operation, the installation and safety instructions must be observed and followed. You should not dimension the ballast unit too small.

• When used in commercial facilities, the accident prevention regulations of the Association of Industrial Trade Associations for electrical equipment and installations must be observed.
• If safe operation is no longer possible, shut down the unit immediately. Safe operation is no longer possible if the unit shows visible damage, the unit no longer works, is wet after prolonged storage under unfavourable conditions and transport damage or damaged plugs/cables are visible.
• Do not connect the compatible products until they have reached room temperature. If the unit temperature is lower, moisture may condense in the unit and possibly damage it.
• Disconnect all electronic components from the mains before carrying out maintenance work.
• Electrical wiring (connection) may only be carried outby authorised specialists!
