SOLAR RAPTOR\u00ae SunStrip III 35 Reptile black edition<\/h3>\n

The SOLAR RAPTOR\u00ae SunStrip III 35 Reptile black edition is a powerful LED light for terrariums with an additional UV-A component. Thanks to its natural light spectrum, the SOLAR RAPTOR\u00ae SunStrip III 35 Reptile definitely takes terrarium lighting to a whole new level. The UV-A component of the emitted light ensures the well-being of the animals and the special color brilliance lets the terrarium animals shine in all their glory. <\/p>\n

All the LEDs in this newly developed terrarium light (white, red, green, blue) are dimmable, with each channel being controllable individually using the separately available control unit CON1<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

For example, nature-identical sunrises and sunsets as well as moonlight can be activated directly “at the touch of a button” thanks to pre-installed scenarios or every desired scenario an be customized as desired as you can create your own color settings and scenes: once saved, the programmed scenario can be enjoyed again and again at set times. Let your imagination run wild and create lighting scenarios entirely according to your own ideas. <\/p>\n

Unlike conventional fluorescent tubes, HQL or HQI lamps, the SunStrip 35 Reptile produces no radiant heat and only a low level of intrinsic heat. This saves energy and also protects the terrarium from overheating. As a result, there are no disruptive temperature influences when fine-tuning the terrarium climate — particularly important given the increasingly high natural temperatures in summer. <\/p>\n

Thanks to the extreme longevity of the SunStrip with a rated service life of 50,000 hours and virtually constant light output, there is also no need to replace the light sources regularly.<\/p>\n

Like its predecessors, the SOLAR RAPTOR\u00ae SunStrip III Reptile black edition is clad in a flat aluminium casing, but unlike the previous standard editions, the black edition is completely in elegant black. However, the black edition of course is also manufactured using only environmentally friendly materials that are free from mercury. <\/p>\n

The top of the LED light features the special aluminum profile typical of SunStrip. This profile dissipates heat and protects the LEDs from overheating. In addition, the profile also serves as an ingenious mounting rail for the“SunStrip Holder<\/a>” (which are available in black now, too). <\/p>\n

The large selection of 10 different holders allows the most flexible mounting options: From simply placing the SunStrip on the terrarium, to screwing it on, to suspending it from the ceiling or integrating it into existing T8 or T5 fluorescent tube sockets<\/a> — with the “SunStrip Holders<\/a>” anything is possible.<\/p>\n

In addition, several SunStrips can be connected together along their length and thus operated with just one (appropriately dimensioned) driver. To do this, the outputs of the individual SunStrips are summerized and the appropriate driver is selected according to the sum.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, the SunStrip III 35 REPTILE black edition is also available as a BUNDLE<\/a> with a suitably dimensioned driver.<\/p>\n
