All deliveries sent by Petcare.econlux.de are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have taken receipt of your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance cover expires. You will receive a tracking number for all orders so that you can easily track where your parcel is at any given time. <\/p>\n\n

We deliver with the logistics partners DHL or GLS. For deliveries within Germany, we charge shipping costs of 6.95 euros (including VAT). For partial shipments, the shipping costs are only charged once. International delivery charges are displayed at checkout once the destination country has been selected for the order.<\/p>\n\n We process and dispatch orders during our normal business hours. These are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm CET (except on public holidays).
