Description
The SOLAR STINGER® SunStrip 35 Fresh is an LED light for freshwater aquariums with a power consumption of 35 watts per meter.
It combines energy efficiency, a long service life, a natural light spectrum and sophisticated functionality in a flat aluminum design. The light promotes healthy plant growth and produces a particularly beautiful color rendering of the fish. All LEDs (white, red, green, blue) are dimmable and can be controlled via the control unit CON1control unit. Sunrises, sunsets or moonlight can be simulated and color simulations can be saved.
The aluminum profile on the luminaire dissipates the heat and also serves as a mounting rail for the SunStrip Holder. These allow individual mounting above the aquarium. Everything is possible, from attaching or screwing on, to suspending from the ceiling or inserting into existing T8 or T5 fluorescent tube sockets. Even connecting SunStrips in length!
Existing JUWEL® and EHEIM/MP® aquarium covers can be retrofitted with the SunStrip covers.
To operate the SOLAR STINGER® SunStrip 35 Fresh, a DRV power supply unit which is not included in the scope of delivery. These are available in different wattages and must be selected according to the length (= wattage) of the SunStrip. It is also possible to connect several SunStrips to one DRV using the Y-cables provided that the total power of the connected SunStrips does not exceed the output power (wattage) of the DRV used.
